Because of a post by Mark Valdez I ended up watching inequality for all on Netflix. The documentary is broad in scope but generally tries to show the relationship between income inequality to things such as tuition, lobbying, and other topics. While it neatly sums up my own thoughts on many of the topics in the film; it uses a lot of correlation which many will point out is not causation. Its just really is hard to pin down what caused x. Maybe this correllation usage is just part and parcel to economics. The topics discussed are very complicated in regards to how they tie in with inequality and could have their own documentary in their own right. If you liked freakonomics you will probably like this.
