Even though many are without work and communities are having to do without safe drinking water not to mention all the roads and schools that need repaired, fixed or even built! But according to Mr Stumbo, putting backs on the seats in an aren built in a city which not only hates coal country and hasent ever had one block of coal mined from is more important than those who actually NEED the money where the coal was mined at.
