Because we all need good news, Andy recaps the release of five Guantanamo detainees re-settled in Uruguay last week. According to President Mujica, it was common sense that the former inmates were paying for something they never did. We have little info on Dhiab, but the extraordinary mundane activities of the new refugees are comforting - shopping, watching soccer, trying to get a job. The words most often repeated are getting out of hell or a black hole. The Kafkaesque ordeal of those six men and their lawyers has almost come to an end; now is time to heal, if possible.
