Become a Google Student Ambassador in 2015! The Google Student Ambassador Program is an opportunity for students to act as liaisons between Google and their universities. These ambassadors: - Learn about innovative Google products and programs. - Plan and host fun events on campus. - Act as a campus contact for Google teams. Help Google better understand each university’s culture. Ambassador requirements: - Be enrolled in full-time undergraduate study at a university in Australia or New Zealand. - Be available 10 hours per month to spend on Google evangelist work - Currently enrolled at a university in Australia or New Zealand - Available for 8 months of the year (March - Nov 2015) - Passionate about technology & Google - Able to plan events and manage a budget - Actively involved in student life on campus - Able to attend the training summit in Sydney on Feb 18-19 (expenses paid by Google) - Not a current intern (summer 2014-15) Ambassadors have majors from Computer Science, to Anthropology, to Business, to Zoology! Google Ambassadors have the opportunity to enhance their professional development, leadership, and communication skills, and access to a unique network of Google Ambassadors across Australia and New Zealand. One exciting perk: all selected ambassadors will come out to Sydney (all expenses paid) for our training summit next month on February 18th-19th where they will meet with teams across Google and learn more about the products and programs!
