At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement. ManTech has an immediate need for an International SAP Security Specialist in Arlington, VA. The contractor shall perform the international SAP security support on-site in Arlington, VA. The contractor shall ensure that all appropriate international policies and procedures are updated and all international SAP facilities meet SAP requirements as outlined in JAFAN 6/9, JAFAN 6/0, and each country’s AMCP. Support to this Subtask requires routine OCONUS travel including an estimated two (2) weeks every month. The contractor shall perform the following international SAP security support to include, but not limited to, the following: • Review and update all international security documents including the AMCP, PSI, CPP SOP. • Assist with providing updates to the TA/CP. Updates shall be performed on an annual basis. • Generate new international security documents as additional countries join the program. The contractor shall perform updates and review on existing documents and generate new documents when new facilities are identified. • Assist new international security managers by reviewing and updating SOPs, computer security procedures, fixed facility checklists and training documentation. • Assist the Government by ensuring all new international security managers are provided with the tools necessary to build and manage SAP facilities, including JAFAN 6/9, FRDs, and training materials. The contractor shall coordinate with the security education and training POC(s) to provide training materials. • Annually visit all international SAP facilities to assist them in preparing for PSO security compliance inspections. The contractor shall coordinate with the PSO to ensure the staff assistance visit is completed no more than four (4) months prior to the PSO review. During these visits, the contractor shall perform the following: • Review the security policies and procedures, international SAP documentation, accreditation paperwork to ensure it is current. Review facility records to ensure files are current and accurate. • Ensure the annual self inspections, inventories, and refresher trainings have been completed. • Ensure that all facilities and equipment have been accredited in accordance with JAFAN 6/9 and each country’s AMCP. • Coordinate all international access procedures with other JSFPO sites and contractors. The contractor shall ensure changes to international access procedures are documented and approved by the appropriate personnel and all JSFPO sites and contractors are informed of changes, updates, and deletions to the international access procedures. • Support the International Security Manager at EXCOM and Tri-Service briefings. EXCOM and Tri-Service briefings occur approximately four (4) or five (5) times a year. The contractor shall be familiar with all international security issues and be able to effectively discuss any outstanding issues or areas of concern regarding the international arena. Position Requirements: • Possess a BA/BS degree and a minimum of seven (7) years specialized security experience with emphasis in SAPF construction and SAP operations. • If no BA/BS, possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years specialized security experience with emphasis in SAPF construction and SAP operations • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the JAFAN series security requirements. • Security Requirements: US citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility is required.
