#Bedlam tweetchat today 12.30pm Why did we choose to make - TopicsExpress

#Bedlam tweetchat today 12.30pm Why did we choose to make Bedlam? How were patients able to give consent? Did the presence of a camera impact on patients, staff and their families? Since we announced the launch of our groundbreaking documentary series we have been asked a multitude of questions about the programmes. We have tried to answer as many of these as possible but we will now launch an online chat in a bid to address as many queries as possible. The activity on twitter under the #Bedlam hashtag has been phenomenal - we trended on twitter during the first episode last week - so it seemed appropriate to hold a tweetchat. Martin Baggaley, our medical director, will be available to answer your questions, along with Alice Mayhall, producer with The Garden Productions. Alice was the producer on the Crisis film which will be broadcast at 9pm on Channel 4 this Thursday. Martin is also a psychiatrist and works at Lambeth Triage, where the second episode was filmed. The tweetchat will start at 12.30pm this Friday 8 November and will last for an hour. For more information on the series please see our Bedlam on C4 site. Please use #Bedlam for all questions. We look forward to you joining us.
