Priceless. (But actually, rent is $700 p/w, thats the price) After 9 months of tender loving, we are reluctantly parting ways with our precious Highbury honey. Its going to be tough, but were hoping we can find someone who will love our gentle, quiet, hardwood house the way we have for the next year. In all honesty though, you wont find a better place for this price. Its a 12 minute walk to the Kelburn and Northland shops, 20min walk to Kelburn campus, 40 minute walk to Pipitea campus, and on the number 20 bus route. The lounge and dining area are so sunny during summer and get lots of light even through winter. Theres a sun room and deck area for gym/tanning/laundry and lets be real here; its pretty sweet for parties too. Brand new oven, new carpet in the sun room and downstairs areas, and sometimes kaka come and visit (theyre cute and terrifying at the same time). Look, if you dont have four friends to live in this flat with you, its time you made some because this flat is legit. This flat is better than going on a date with that hot girl/guy you met at uni. Its better than finding money on the street and popping bubble wrap. Shit, this flat is better than that time John Key tried to shake Richie McCaws hand at the 2011 RWC final. P.S.
