Beef Ribs By Tina D 1 cup soy sauce 1 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 5 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tablespoons Asian (toasted) sesame oil 1 teaspoon sesame seed 2 tablespoons peanut sauce 2 pounds Beef Ribss) 1.Cut ribs into strips however thick you would like and boil in water 2.Whisk together the soy sauce and sugar in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved, and stir in the black pepper, garlic, sesame oil, peanut sauce and sesame seeds. 3.Place the ribs in a large bowl, and pour the marinade over the ribs. Stir to coat the ribs with the marinade, place on cookie sheet with tin foil. Spay with vegetable oil 4.Preheat oven 350 5.Cook 1.5 – 2 hrs check in between to cooking to your taste.
