Been a crazy day at the hospital and we got kind of disappointing news. Had Daphs eye exam under anesthesia today and the tumor that is near her right optic nerve has gotten bigger and is inflamed with fluid as well..it is close to the center part of her eye which could cause her alot of problems down the road and mean possible surgery or a stroke in her eye.. So instead of being able to not have to do this stupid test again we have to do it again in six months..been a little upset today and Daph had a really hard time this morning with preop so I actually had to go into OR with her so they could sedate her to try to help her calm down..every time we get step ahead this stupid disease knocks us back down again..sorry just needed to vent because I hate this so much for my baby..I listen to other parents worrying about their kids going under and its just like try 23 times going thru this..I hate seeing her hurt and her watching me while I have to hold her down because she doesnt understand why Im doing it..i cant even put a bandaid on my child because of all this crap..I hate you stupid effin TSC and Im going to do whatever I can to help get a cure..period end of statement and just wanted to add a huge thank you to the drs and nurses at childrens Hermann for always going above and beyond to help Daph and us..you guys ROCK and I honestly dont know what we do without you all..also last but definitely not least thank you to Lolli and Pop for going with me today and helping us thru a pretty difficult day..we love you!! Ok Im done now going to bed we have been up since 4am so ready to crash a little...
