Been a month at The Market Grill (TMG). Second job and first stint at a restaurant. Lots of things need to be improve on though. Speed and composure during busy service time especially. Boss told me not to be paiseh as one day I will kena shit from him when I work long enough and commit the same mistakes again. I still believe I had make the right choice choosing over Waku Ghin. Self evaluation for my first month - 3/10 I know I can do much much better than this. Small restaurant but busy service. Learnt from mistakes, speed and composure will build up over time. What doesnt kill you makes you stronger! A good month ahead people!
