Been awhile since I posted a picture from Boxing By Syd.. Erika Jolene Gmeindl took some pictures for me yesterday! I must admit it took me 10 minutes to finally open the email. I was nervous to see. then when I opened them I had a happy crying moment. We see ourselves one way and we tend to see ourselves in a more negative way then what others see us. I must say a picture tells a much better story then a scale or even a pair of pants. Sometimes when I look at new pictures I dont believe it is me. I have stumbled a lot along the way, I have given up probably on a weekly base, beat myself up every time I fell off the routine, binged many times. Gave up numerous times, plateau so many times I cant even remember how many times. But here I am today and I am more passionate now about my health then ever before. I still stumble but most important part is I let it go and I start again... I appreciate every person that has noticed my changes and congratulated me, every person that kept me motivated to keep going. All the big hugs and high fives, all the crying together, and some of you I cry a lot with....lol Anyone who is stuck and doesnt believe it is possible, it is possible all you have to do is KEEP STARTING. Who cares how many times you stopped Just keep starting over and in no time you will be crying when looking at your before and after pictures. I have decided that I am going to be done with this weight loss journey close this chapter in my life and start a New chapter. After this photoshoot challenge is completed I will be starting a new chapter .More focused on awakening my Spiritual and mental Journey. It is time to take the next step and open a new chapter!, looking forward to my next set of NOW pictures. BTW pictures where taken AFTER a killer ERIKA workout, I look like death because I felt like it!!!
