Been back on the phone with Verizon( had to drive to town from Ford Cemetery Rd.) to get service), I have not had any internet since yesterday, my phone would only work for a few seconds then so service, finally got some internet but slow. The tech. told me that they had sent a tech. to this area to see what was causing everyone in this area to have all these problems for the last several months, well he says that they have determined that is is a Marginal Coverage area and that it will continue like it is until more towers are installed. Told me I was eligible to terminate my service with no early termination fees. Looks like to me all of us in this area are really in a jam, since AT&T isnt any better. The man did tell me for everyone to call everyday and report, I told him I had to stay on the line for over 45 minutes before I ever got to talk to anyone,he said WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY I told him I know why that their service was terrible. So all you Verizon customers lets all get together and flood them with trouble calls. Thank you.
