Been catching up with season 2 of #icecoldgold.... Some stuff is kinda hard to believe this series so far such as when they were going into base camp by boat and the ships gps went down not one of them had a handheld gps instrument even though they keep insisting its the remotest area in Greenland ! Then when go to find a route upto the red zone from base camp not one of them seems to have a compass or seen using a compass even though the fog comes down n they have no idea where they are going ! Another gripe is when John is put in charge of putting their hut up yet nobody else seems to want to do anything he asks which results in him having a meltdown...the boss then reiterates that its his baby n hes in charge then tells him to take his shirt off saying team leader (which he is) and says under it that they all do as he says (which they havent) so the problem isnt with john its with other four rednecks doing what the Fook they want. And most of all !!!!! Because they cant walk to red zone they get the copter which carries four of them yet can also seem to return for the whole production crew even though three miners have to stay at base amp !!! Also, if they can do all that by chopper they could have just as easily got one from the town to base camp saving a dangerous boat trip (which then we wouldnt have had all the faked drama of the first episode !!!)
