Been cooking some protein pancakes over the last few days, as shown in this months Muscle & Fitness Magazine. If you have not seen this, you need to try them, here is the recipe:- 30g unflavoured whey protein powder 15g oats 2 eggs 60ml milk plus seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, onion etc) whisk it up and fry in a pan with a bit of coconut oil(or olive). Add your filling, such as tuna and salad etc Each pancake has about 10g of carbs an 40g of protein, before you add the filling... Alternativly if you use chocolate flavoured protein powder they make a great healthy desert with a fruit filling etc
