Been finding awesome apartments around by me and now the tricky part,getting one as they are so quickly taken.From my experience i have to go for it as soon as i see the same day its listed or the next day right early in the morning,Been awesome learning experience,also learned how to calculate finances,Im so proud of myself,cant wait to be out of this place and living a normal life,ive already learned all the terms of the contracts already,i know what to ask for as well.Man im so excited i cant sleep,but i should as i have to make a few more phone calls,than monday im busy :) persistence pays off,but geez never knew it was so damn hard to try and get a place to live here,I am doing a lot better with my german as well and learning all i can,more confident,i am totally loving it,i know its going to be great.Its not as hard as i thought,its just staying on top of things and being persistent for finding the place,than once found,paying the deposit and extra costs and also the finding fee if there is one,those kinda suck but depending on how much?I dont mind it at all.Also the rent deposit is like a few months rent,than i have to pay for electric,water and everything else seperately.Glad i got it all together and figured out :)
