Been having a lot of discussions about rape culture the last couple of days. There have been a lot of this is just men hating feminist stuff . If not said outright(which it was) it was implied . I think it is a good conversation to be had, especially amongst men. And please do not just discard it as men hating. Lisa Bishop said the most incredible thing about it, and I wanted to share it with you all: But I know that I honestly, genuinely am thankful for this...my brain and heart have not grown to fear all men, or hate them. Quite opposite. I love men SO much, that I want my sons to be them. I want them to have traits from every man who has stood up for a woman, was kind to a woman, told a friend to leave her alone she said no, every guy who put a blanket on her and let her sleep it off.....even though hes a little disappointed. Every guy who told his mom that she was worth more. And especially the guy who told me nothing and just listened to me. Lisa Bishop Brilliant
