Been less than impressed by the movies I have seen lately or maybe I was just not in the mood for them. Anyway, I am not a movie critic, but here are my thoughts. Last night I saw the Lone Survivor. The Lone Survivor was a great movie and very intense especially since you know it a true story. The tribute at the end of the movie for the people who died was excellent too. It was a horrific experience for those men and anyone fighting against the Taliban. Such Monsters! I would watch that movie again. I did not like Osage County even though Meryl Streep was amazing --maybe one of her best performances. The family was beyond dysfunctional. Do not go if feeling a little depressed ! Lots of profanity. Profanity sounded strange coming out of Julia Roberts, but she played her character very well too. Then there is the Wolf on Wall Street--The movie dragged at the beginning and too long. If you cut out all the profanity the movie would have only been 10 minutes long!! American Hustler was entertaining -- would watch it again.
