Been looking at getting a remote starter for my car. Foot ankle and leg have getting worse every winter and its hurting me pretty good now and i think its time. Down and back up 3 flights of stairs to start it to warm up then down again to get in the car kicks my ass and sitting in it waiting to get warm is not fun anymore either. Went and priced one on the way home. Holy ×%%##$@×÷!!! They aint cheap! On top of the starter system I need a special module added to get around the factory alarm system. So now Im up to 350.00 installed. If I do it myself, and Im sure I can with instructions I can save125.00 but I run the risk of not only frying the starter system but the car computer as well. S*#t
