Been making stuff. Saber for a friend. One does not take an untested weapon to war, in this lies a life lesson as well. A true blade is forged, and is tempered by fire before it can retain a keen edge and be a real weapon. The same can be said of the one who wields it, the greatest warriors are hardened by the battles theyve fought, the enemies theyve defeated, and the losses theyve suffered, finding their edge and purpose through combat. Even among Jedi this Maxim holds, for none is truly tested until he faces the dark side, and the greatest are tempered, not tainted by this confrontation, emerging with a keen edge and will of steel at having been truly forged.
