Been on the phone for the last two hours with Verizon tech support. My phone has only been receiving SOME calls for the last 4 days (I swear, first my email has problems and just as those get fixed, my phone has issues!!!) Anyway they THINK they got it resolved, but were not sure. So if you have called me recently and have not heard back, I did not receive your call. And if you call in the future and it rings twice and goes to VM, then its not going through. They did 4 test calls and they finally worked, so hopefully its working, but. . . well see. FRUSTRATED!!
