Been on the phone with Apple off n on since 3 pm today trying to transfer all my pics (all 7,015 of them) :)) from my old phone to my new phone. Nope, not as simple as just inserting the SIM card into to new phone. Just finished up. Grace at Apple was great. Called me almost every hour to make sure all the pics were transferring correctly onto iTunes from the old phone and then transferring from iTunes to the new phone...whew!! What a mouthful! Done! Got all my apps, all my pics and am so glad!! Tons of pictures of the kiddos in there:)) and they replace my phone for free. Cant do better than that;)
