Been posting videos on my Instagram figured I post at least one here This is a movement for lateral delts that I have shown a while back without any instructions . Part of the reason i perform this movement the way i do is A) The effect on the lateral head and traps secondary. B) its effect on the scapula muscles (think of shoulder blades )and supraspinatus upper back right about on top of scapula 1) Start the movement out like a regular dumbbell lateral raises ...no swinging or any other body language so you will have to use a lighter weight than u r used to remember 2/3 of your delts is comprised of type 1 muscle fibers anyway which means it responds better with higher reps. 2 ) as you can see half way up or near it I rotate my arms to a pronated grip 3) go all the way up as u go up expand ur rib cage do your scapula is expanded (spread) 4) The act of going all the way up engages your the top portion of your traps
