Been there, done that twice, didnt get t-shirts, but got an understanding of that mood like no other. It isnt selfishness, in fact sadly, you think youre doing others a favour. Talk about it, it happens in a well of loneliness and becomes less likely when feelings are expressed and discussed freely. Robin Willams R.I.P.
