Been thinking a lot. In many jobs, you just work for the big guys. Dead end with no opportunities unless you know every inch of the workplace and know every procedure for every position. Plus know paper work, how to lead, and deal with people. Could take years to get up to the big guys. Fortunately, at Chipotle, they invest in their people. At the moment I am on the track to management and IM at a fork in the road. I really want this. More than anything!!!! But it takes a lot of dedication....so I want to take a semester off school to focus on this but at the same time, I dont want to either. Its so hard! What to do?
