Been trying to get my mind around a very sad month again in my beloved Aviation Industry. We have all suffered real personal losses and are having to witness dear ones to us, trying to cope and deal with their grief and pain as a result. The saddest of this is all is that we cannot change any of the sad events but we can try and make sure that we do not suffer any more losses. All the dear Aviators we lost have written a lesson in blood :-(.
