Been working to correct some bent arm mistakes from a few weeks back, would like some general feedback/advice on my straight arm tuck planche from anyone with good experience in this area. When in position I feel as though my elbows are locked but video review seems to tell me different.Im practicing this in around my squatting; whenever Im reading/watching TV/whatever in a squat every few minutes I go to a 10-15 seconds of TP, aiming for accumulative 3-5mins per day.
