This is the 4th in their monthly series of beer dinners which are hosted in their newly renovated space. Christopher, Charlie, & Bryan are all headed north to take part in the dinner, which is: First Course - Cream Ale with Ploughman Platter Second Course - Squashtober Ale with Mushroom Dumpling en Brodo Grilled Rainbow Chard, Savory Vegetable Broth, Mushroom & Ricotta Dumpling, Wonton Crisp Third Course - India Cream Ale with Fish & Chips Fourth Course - Ginger Double IPA with Bitter Green Salad with Chorizo Vinaigrette, Chipotle Rubbed Grilled Hanger Steak, Apple Squash Fritter, Spice Toasted Pepitas Fifth Course - Newburgh Brown Ale with Double Dark Chocolate Mousse, Spiced Pecan Tuille, Raspberry Coulis $70 per person (includes tax and gratuity), and theres still a few seats left.
