Before I leave y’all tonight I would like to share one more thought. Thinkin’, I had read where there are people who actually make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year doing nothing more than panhandling. I read one article about one panhandler whom they said parks a 2013 Lincoln in a high-priced parking lot, which he leases year-around, changes clothes to reflect Need and walks to a street where he panhandles daily. He supposedly has millions in the bank, owns his own home plus two more in other cities and flies to resorts all around The World, and all of this from doing nothing but holding a sign and a cup. I know one guy from here who has no shame and a few years ago, I had actually spotted him sitting at the exit of the Kalispell, Wal-Mart store. He had a sign stating that he was an ex-veteran and that he needed food and money for bills. I waved but did not stop to talk, but a week later I saw him in Browning and asked him how much he had made and how long he had remained in that location. He told me $275.00 and less than one hour. I wonder…! Hmmmmmm… Goodnight again, my friends and maybe you will be seeing me soon, standing on one of your streets, holding up a sign and a cup!
