Before I rest tonight... Thoughts on giving: How do we measure the value of the things we own? By how hard we worked to earn them? Is it easy to give because it was easily earned? Is it hard to give because it was hard earned? Or... do we get too attached with hard earned which makes it hard to give? The harder earned, the harder to give? Or does it depend on whom we shall give? The more important the person, the less hard it gets to give? Or does it depend upon the circumstances of the person who will receive it? The harder the situation of the receiver, the less hard it is to give? Too much to consider, ey? How about this: No matter how valuable the thing is... No matter how important the person is... No matter what the situation is... Will you be ready to give to the one in need? Coz the bottom line, i believe, lies on the giver. Generosity is a virtue. Be a cheerful giver! ;-)
