Before I sign off for the night, I want to restate an opinion of mine in order to make sure I am not offending any of my friends. I am not against immigration. All of us have family lines dating back to immigrants, even the Native Americans. I am, however, concerned about massive numbers of immigrants coming here without papers, visas, family to be with, and not living within the law of the land. I think that each time we have had massive exodus into this country, that, in recent years i.e. Vietnam era, most everyone was documented. I am not unsympathetic about the children being encouraged to take such risks to go it alone, or only with a mother to flee from their countries without sponsorship. I dont know how this is going to be resolved, I pray about it a lot. I am very concerned about the human trafficking factor, and so many children falling through the cracks of humanity. Also of concern to me is the terrorist element migrating into this country using the mothers and children as human shields.
