Before I start my rant Rest in Peace to the young man, Mike Brown that was killed yesterday in Saint Louis. A white cop cop kills an unarmed black man. I cant say that I am surprised. But under no circumstances should deadly force have been used, and to shoot him nine times is an absolute travesty. But WE as BLACK PEOPLE should not wait until something that may or may not be racially motivated to want to stand and unite. WE kill ourselves everyday and nothing is uttered. A different race kills US and now all of a sudden everyone wants to be MALCOLM X and DR. King. If you are going to stand for something make sure you have on comfortable shoes because you should be in it for the long haul. Not just for the spur of the moment. Stand for a reason, not for a season. I love you my brothers and sisters but WE have to do better!!! In order to have BLACK/WHITE unity we must first have unity in our own communities. Time to UNITE!!! #TheEagleSpeaks
