Before and after!!!!! PORRIDGE BREAD..... A healthy alternative to bread and totally delisious. ... ingredients: 500 ml of low fat natural yoghurt 2 cuts of porridge oats, 2 tablespoons of baking powder and 1 and a half tablespoons of almond oil or olive oil... mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a lined loaf baking tin pop in a preheated oven for 45 mins at 200 and bobs your uncle!!!!! No wheat therefore no bloating plus slow burning wholegrain goodness. Perfect for a pre workout meal or snack. Amazing! I will bring some for my ladies to try later on. See ye at 8 bells. Yvonne. X
