Before going to see Noah tonight, I didnt search for any reviews or ask anyone what they thought of the film. I went in with an open mind and biblical knowledge of Noahs story. I ended up leaving the theater disappointed and quite honestly felt like I wasted two and a half hours: A) In the film, Noah blatantly disobeys God to save humanity and isnt punished B) God is barely mentioned and only referred to as The Creator and C) a survivor forces their way onto the Ark which never took place in the Bible. Yes, the visuals are impressive but the story contradicts itself and does NOT portray the characters the correct way.
