Before people flip out, Im getting on my soap box, you dont like it well dont read my status, so here it goes. DEAR People demanding Marriage Equailty and Activist Judges: Yes you people. You want the other side to to agree with you, stop doing it through the courts. Do what Washington State, and numerous other states have done, take it to the voters to approve a state constitutional amendment, to make Marriage Equality Legal. You say its hard and the easier way to do it is through the courts, than on the ballot? Guess what... Life isnt fair. Make the argument why it should be legal, in a rational way? Trust me when I say this, enough people from all sides and spectrums of the politics will agree with. Dont believe me? LOOK AT THE POLLS! Liberals, libertarians, and conservatives now support marriage equality. But be warned your pushing for this now with activist judges in our courts, their will come a time when these activist judges may making a ruling you dont agree with. If youre going to ask me and I know people are where do I stand on this issue? Simple: GET THE GOVERNMENT OUT OF MARRIAGE COMPLETELY!! THATS RIGHT I SAID IT! I WANT THE GOVERNMENT OUT OF THE MARRIAGE BUSINESS! THAT MEANS NO ISSUING MARRIAGE LICENSES! IT HAS NO BUSINESS IN IT. IF A MAN OR WOMAN WANTS TO MARRY A WOMAN, OR A MAN, OR TWO, THREE, FOUR WOMEN, OR TWO, THREE, OR FOUR MEN, THATS ON THEM. Just stop saying I have to agree with, like, or love it. I dont have to agree with you, and you dont have to agree with me. But we should be respectful enough to see where the other person point of view. Were at that point in our society where everyone is expected to have the same opinion. Last time I check this is America, not communist North Korea, or Stalinist Russia. Were all entitled to our own opinion, and the only thing I expect out of you and you should expect out of me, is to respect your opinion, and honor your life as a human being. With that said Im off my soap box
