Before the Republicans go totally berserk, maybe the real solution is for the Organization of American States to convene and address this problem. Mexico should lead the discussion, because it too is being impacted by the young refugees. Maybe the OAS members will put together an Military Coalition, from among its member states, to assist the legitimate governments of Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala to rid themselves of the scourge of violence brought on by the Narco-traffickers. There may not be another solution to this ongoing humanitarian crisis. The OAS should do it, instead of waiting for the United States to act militarily. This is where this problem is heading...the use of military force.
