Before we discuss the day, just as an FYI, as much as we know you want to see your kids, we wont put any photos of the students up on Facebook. What a day, what a day! We started out with a wonderful scrambled egg breakfast and before we knew it, we were out on trails. Today and tomorrow are the longest days on trails. Some students got the chance to see how animals are a part of the ecosystem, even in death (Pictures Posted). The students got a chance to see a seal and a dolphin decomposing on the beach. Also, Mr. Johns took an AWESOME video of a sea star moving around its ecosystem. After their classes on the trails, the students got ready for Taco night for dinner and before they knew it, it was time for the night hike. We dont want to ruin the stories that your kids will come back with about Night Hike, but we can tell you they all loved it. By 9:15, most cabin lights were turned off and some asleep by 9:20. It was a great day. Its hard to believe that our week is almost through.
