Before we post our debate data, a few qualifications are in order. - TopicsExpress

Before we post our debate data, a few qualifications are in order. We only printed about 60 sheets, of which 26 of the approximately 95 people in attendance completed. As a result, our data are highly unscientific, unrepresentative, and most likely inaccurate. Still, we’ve got data, so here you are. 5 of the 26 (19 percent) respondents came into the debate supporting open borders. 14 (54 percent) came into it supporting closed borders supporters, and 7 (27 percent) came with no opinion. 13 respondents (50 percent) claimed that the debate changed their opinion on the debate “somewhat.” 10 respondents (38 percent) found Prof. Butler’s arguments more convincing, while 16 respondents (62 percent) preferred Dr. Grant. Again, the data are neither scientific nor representative; basically, like a magical king.
