Before we went to Vancouver we went to Mackenzie and bought a new washing machine, as the other one is as old as Angela :) and it had went through 4 kids plus some. They came and installed the machine, when i came home from my trip, i heard the machine, and it sounded like Boeing 747 landing, it was so loud. Matt said it just sounded like that; i am thinking, notta, it is brand new, we should not hear it.............so last night after hearing the thing again, i went to hold it in place, as it jumped all over the dang place, Mr. fix it put two pieces of wood under the machine, that did not solve the problem; so when the machine finished its course, i took out the cloths and pulled out the machine, and on the side is a rod with a yellow tag, that tells one to pull it out slowly when the machine is leveled and installed.......LOL.....fought to pull that out after it running with the rod that was in place to hold the drum in place while in transport....so now we can do laundry in peace, thankfully it did not wreak the machine, certainly cannot afford to get another one. So, the moral of the story, always make sure you check when your new equipment gets installed, and there are no extra parts. And dear Santa: My husband has this problem with his reading glasses, he has got so many from the dollar store, can you please bring him a case of 300s. LOL
