Before workout: E2 & Hydration with 2 M Boost! With 6oz water! During workout 8 oz water! After workout: recovery with 6oz water Lunch/Breakfast: scrambled egg whites with mushrooms and green & red salsas! With 8 oz water Snack: MILA bar and trail mix with 8oz water Dinner: split pea soup and salad! With 8 oz water! Im noticing the planning ahead works for me and just staying within what I have planned is easier for me! 😊
