Before you jump onto the bandwagon of the lame excuses and vicious attacks, can you ask yourself why is it that, whatever action this regime in Juba takes, something must go wrong or controversial. Even though other governments can do the same thing with less or no problem at all? Our mighty Juba government does not know what SWOT analysis is. You don’t just close your eyes and shutdown your brain, and expect to make a viable decision. You have to consider some of the following factors at least, before you make a decision: 1. What problem do you want to solve? ( Identify the problem) 2. How do you want to approach it? 3. Who are the stakeholders? Or those who might be affected by your decision? 4. Is the timing appropriate? In other words; is the action on top of your priorities? 5. Will you cope with any resistance that might be caused by the action? Are you prepared?
