Before you lash out at vegan parents for pushing their views- ask yourself what you are pushing on your children. In all likelihood you are teaching them kindness, yet simultaneously are condoning violence. You teach them to pet the family dog gently, yet feed them cubes of tortured animals. You want them to feel loved and cherished by their parents, yet violate that bond when you feed them dairy. You wouldnt tolerate your child suffocating a baby bird, yet are accepting of this behavior when you feed them eggs. Consistency and putting values into practice are what vegan parents push on their children. Sounds like an awesome upbringing to me.
