Before you say"YES to the dress" think of this. When a vendor orders a dress from a designer, it is not on consignment it is bought and purchased. Changing your mind is a costly expense to the vendor as the designer does not take the return because you change your mind. Expecting a refund or exchange is really not polite. Think if a vendor has 4 or 5 of you in a week, a lot of expense and no sales. It is just not ethical and shows lack of integrity. If you commit to a dress it is yours plain and simple. (Over the past few weeks similar stories are popping up with dress shops everywhere). Be kind to your vendor, you never know when you might need a favor.
