Beginning this month i read a Newspaper on the assumed discussion in Cabinet where there was a suggestion some Minister would refuse to go to serve as Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture because they do not want to serve in a #JUNIOR ministry as it will imply they are being demoted. Until then i wondered if the insinuation really hold, That YOUTH is a junior ministry, whether the spine of this country is a JUNIOR priority, Whether 50% plus 11 of our population is a minority.
