Our role is to ensure that all students can maximise their opportunities and outcomes and to allow them to access their future pathways. We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join our team and work closely with Senior Management, SENCO, and other colleagues in the implementation of the Academy’s inclusion policy with the aim of raising student achievement. You will be responsible for leading and working on specific strategies and projects with key groups of students or individuals as identified and agreed by the Senior Management and SENCO and will liaise with primary schools to enhance transition, and to identify programmes and strategies appropriate for new intake students. The successful candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification and will have previous experience of working with students.
