Being a stay at home dad is one of the most rewarding things ever! I get to take Noah to school, feed the boys and ensure they are cleaned. I occasionally will even try to help out around the house like clean, do the dishes, take all of the trash out, help start laundry, vacuum, etc. today was one of those days....and for those who dont know Im now medically retired, and Im extremely stubborn! I can definitely say that today was one of those days that I over did myself and am extremely sore! Sucks getting older!
