Being a strong woman isnt about stepping on other people to get what you want. Its about working hard for what you want, and knowing when to stand up for what you deserve. Its not about demoralizing others, being arrogant, for asserting any inherent superiority or self-entitlement; its about self-empowerment, displaying your confidence and intellect as a badge of pride. Its about recognizing your own self-worth and value.
