Being dedicated as I was in this picture takes a lot of effort. I would work out everyday. Everyday. Weigh myself everyday. I had no pain. I didnt feel old or like nothing fit me in my own closet. Somehow I allowed myself to fall back. And then I the babies and health came along and I lost control. It is not anyone but me who can jump off the couch or bed. Walk to the store like I used. When I was mad Id run/jog. Im almost there again. Focused. To lose a pound you have to eliminate 3500 calories. Through food and adding exercise to burn. Scientific. Determined. Say No and eat for a healthy life not for comfort. Smallest to Now. Not happy about it but being honest helps me push Me. Id probably die doing any of these below today but not by May!! ---> goal setting Vigorous stationary rowing: 510 calories • Mountain biking: 510 calories • Jumping ropes: 600 calories • Playing racquetball: 600 calories
