Being hired for a job is a mutual agreement on conditions for each - TopicsExpress

Being hired for a job is a mutual agreement on conditions for each party, the employer and employee, wherein the employee is to preform their duties and act within set guidelines of conduct while on the job. If the employee fails to uphold their end while the employer is doing so, then the employer has the right to terminate said employee. If the employee after being hired on thus agreeing to conditions decides they no longer agree, they are not being forced to work there and have the ability to quit said employment. The employee IS in error when, after agreeing to guidelines of conduct upon being hired, they complain about being corrected for their actions when they act against these said conduct guidelines.
