Being in the US had put such a wonderful perspective on my life, goals and dreams. California is so huge and really is the HUB of where you make things come to life. I spent some time yesterday night walking along the beach, watching the sunset (as you can see below) and just taking everything in. It was such a wonderful opportunity to be still and take everything in. I looked up at the stars and sky and said to my friend wow...its just so spectacular If I can recommend anything when you are anxious, stressed, frazzled... Just get out in nature and learn to appreciate the small divine things - fresh air does wonders for your mind and soul.
