Being organized is one of my top tips to couponing. You cannot save money if you do not know where your coupons are. And, in case your stockpile is not organized, youve no concept what you have. As soon as you have a storage system worked out, youve to determine how you can arrange your coupons. The best place to begin is also the most general. Break your filing system into large sections by type of shop (grocery, division, and store name). This way you can rapidly go to the section for meals, clothes, electronics, or what ever you happen to be purchasing on any offered day. Have some coupons that are too large to fit in the nine-pocket baseball card sleeves? Add some three-pocket sleeves to your binder, and you should be able to accommodate just about anything. Organization isnt just about squeezing everything you can into a small space! You also need to cut back on the items that aren’t needed. So instead of clipping every coupon simply because you “might” use it, just clip the ones that youll really use!
